About the Job

The Byredo Client Advisor serves as a key brand ambassador, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty in the fragrance, beauty, and luxury goods sectors. They contribute significantly to store sales and meet qualitative and quantitative objectives.

Sales

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and monitor competition.
  • Manage and optimize each step of the sales process.
  • Perfectly execute the Byredo client experience and selling ceremony.
  • Welcome and recognize regular customers.
  • Identify and address both expressed and hidden customer needs.
  • Present and add value to the product range.
  • Describe and recommend products contextually.
  • Address customer requirements and respond to additional requests.
  • Promote cross-selling and additional sales to exceed KPI objectives, ensuring top-quality sales and client experience.

Job Description

  • Ensure customer loyalty by collecting customer information via appropriate tools.
  • Accompany customers to the cash counter, prepare packaging, and manage payment.
  • Thank customers, assist them to the exit, and replace sold items where applicable.
  • Participate in regular store meetings and contribute to the retail action plan.

Customer Management and CRM

  • Capture customer data into the company's CRM tool to maintain and develop relationships.
  • Create and consult customer profiles, leveraging the CRM tool for long-term connections.
  • Manage customer portfolios through personalized clienteling activities.
  • Ensure after-sale services maintain customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Address complaints with managerial support as needed.
  • Utilize all customer contacts to promote both the Brand and the Product.
  • Convey collected customer information to management.
  • Follow-up on customer requests.
  • Host appointments for makeup consultations.

Product

  • Engage in in-store product presentations across all categories.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products in the assigned range and stay updated on the complete store inventory.
  • Forward customer feedback to Store Management.
  • Ensure proper management of store products, including cleaning, care, and replacement.

Visual Set-Up

  • Maintain perfect product display conditions according to company guidelines and suggest corrections to enhance sales.

Stockroom

  • Be aware of available stock to maximize sales.
  • Assist in receiving stock and maintaining the stockroom per standards.
  • Participate proactively in year-end, sector, and rotational stock take processes by product category.

Thefts / Losses

  • Stay vigilant to prevent thefts, assisting colleagues when necessary.
  • Perform cycle counts accurately and report discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Promptly inform direct supervisors of any loss.

What We’re Looking For in Our Next Team Member

  • Significant experience in luxury, fragrance, or beauty brands.
  • Background as a makeup specialist is a plus.
  • Sales-driven with a client-centric approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and good listening ability.
  • Experience in maintaining continuous client relationships.
  • Open-minded, focused, and self-initiated.
  • Open to feedback and clear communication with colleagues and managers.
  • Flexible in working hours and adaptable to various tasks.
