## Company Overview

Petar Petrov, a flexible brand with a remote team, is reaching out to seasoned finance professionals for the role of a Freelance CFO. We are seeking an individual with an expert grasp of international business to bring some organization and strategic foresight to our financial operations and planning. Although our operations are majorly remote, the individual should be able to travel to Vienna once a month. We offer the prospect of contributing to our dynamic and innovative team, with a focus on scaling and structuring our financial operations.

## Role Responsibilities

Our Freelance CFO will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

- Managing day-to-day cash flow and setting fiscal targets for each year.

- Overseeing budget planning and management.

- Contributing to price architecture for our collection.

- Enhancing the company's profitability through strategic financial analysis.

- Managing agency contracts, distribution contracts, and licenses.

- Laying out strategies for business expansion.

Furthermore, you will also be expected to:

- Collaborate with the CEO to make strategic financial decisions.

- Oversee cash management, working capital, and company audits.

- Prepare financial statements and reports.

- Ensure legal compliance in all financial functions.

- Supervise and nurture relationships with banks.

## Required Skills and Experience

We're looking for a candidate with the following attributes:

- An extensive knowledge of international business.

- Capability to structure complex financial operations.

- Excellent analytical skills coupled with strategic planning ability.

- German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.

Candidates should possess strong finance-based analytical skills and have 7 - 10 years of experience in the field of finance. A CPA or MBA would be desirable but is not a pre-requisite for this role.
