• Overseeing and coordinating atelier workflow (monitoring work of the team, planning the cutting list, overseeing and consulting every step during the creating process, quality control) • Technical interpretation of designs, collaborating with the team to achieve the desired design and performance outcome • Administration of each collection (new patterns, style bible, detailed sample technical information, creating and updating reference archive) • Sourcing and purchasing fabrics and trims, mainly from Italy, France, Spain and Far East, monitoring deliveries • Liaising with external suppliers (embroidery, print, customized belts and buttons, customized shoulder pads, composition labels etc.) • Regular assistance with Made to Measure customer appointments: viewings and fittings (calico and fabric fittings, taking body measurements, constructive communicating all changes to pattern cutters and tailors/seamstresses)
• Working closely with Designer Team and technical interpretation of sketches and ideas • Creating Tech-packs, overseeing sample development in house and externally, fittings, quality control • Overseeing technical aspects of development - textiles and trims • Liaising with external suppliers (pattern cutters, graders, tailors and dressmakers) • Liaising with garment factories, handing over all technical information, following up, chasing and quality control, dealing with quality issues • Coordinating shipments of all trims and fabrics from suppliers to garment factories, coordinating shipments of ready garments to warehouse in London, coordinating shipments from London warehouse to vendors (buyers) • General administrative support including fabric management, trim preparation, grade management, visiting overseas factories and trade shows, sourcing for new suppliers in Europe (Poland, Italy, France, UK).
• Liaising with Design Team, creating tech-packs and handover to Far East factories, updating all technical changes arisen during production process, improving garment performance and achieving highest standards • Monitoring whole development process (testing and QC development samples, Pre-Production and Production Samples), regular follow up with factories regarding production progress and solving arisen issues: technical, quality, shipment • Leading fit sessions, updating comments and hand over to the production factories, monitoring outcome • Setting up sizing charts, creating measurements for every garment (woven, jersey and knitwear) • Creating composition labels, barcodes, stickers etc. and handover to factories
• Creating and managing production and supplier relationships in Europe (Italy, France, UK, Portugal, Poland) • Coordinating the design process from conception through to final styling and launching of new collection • Managing price structure • Sourcing and managing external suppliers (embroidery, pleating, print on silk and synthetic fabrics, branding) • Managing entire customer order process (appointments, calls, e-mails, viewings, fittings, after sale care)
