With a passion for luxury fashion retail, I excel in delivering premium customer service and have a keen eye for trends. Fluent in Spanish, my experience spans designing for Richard Torry, modelling, and excelling as a Sales Associate at Selfridges Manchester Exchange Square.
Working in a luxury designer store has taught me how to deliver premium customer service, the im portance of building strong relationships with clients, and being self-motivated to work towards my daily, commission-based pledge. It has developed my pre-existing knowledge of the luxury fashion world and introduced me to the business side of the industry.
I worked a variety of roles, such as processing sensitive data, customer service, meeting with the consulate of the embassy on my own and managing the postal department single-handedly, most of the time communicating in professional-level Spanish, gaining valuable corporate experience.
I work for knitwear designer Richard Torry. I turned his designs into patterns and hand-knit the gar ments in preparation for his 2024 exhibition at the Fashion and Textile Museum. I regularly meet with him to discuss progress and develop the project together. I also help him with pattern cutting and other preparations for the exhibition.
