Hello! My name is Mejsi Kamberi and I'm very excited to start this new journey at Dweet. The first thing you should know about me is I'm very confident in myself and I don't give up easily.
I was responsible for overseeing operations of the reception area with or without supervision; consistently met KPIs for customers throughout by 98%. At the same time I worked on facilitating games of axe throwing with 0 health code violations & ensured customer safety with 100% effectiveness. I worked efficiently and in collaboration with colleagues by helping out bar staff close and maintain the cleanliness of the venue, meeting the target of a 95% customer satisfaction rate.
I was in control of organizing the shop regularly with the manager to increase customer experience, resulting in sales 12% higher than company-set goals. During this time I managed customers & addressed issues promptly, improving return rate by 20%. I was responsible for closing shifts and maintaining cleaning, by successfully increasing store efficiency by 20%.
I was in charge of assisting patients in ensuring their appointment times, test results, and prescriptions are all set before they appoint the doctor. Organized EEG machines and scalps electrodes sensors for up to 30 patients daily, resulting in a prepared clinic to start and end the day efficiently. I would successfully input data for about 25-30 patients daily into Excel; reduced manual errors by 40%.
