I am a hardworking and passionate person, who will always give 100%. My greatest strength would be finding a way to complete a task efficiently and properly. Being a security requires vigilance and exceptional awareness as you are constantly making sure what is happening in an aircraft. As a security agent I would check who would enter and exit the aircraft as well help out any passengers who are lost or who needs help with the simple things. I would also help guide the passengers to their right gate and made sure they didn't mess up anything. I also helped eased any trouble passengers may have and reassured them whenever they would be in a state of panic.
I worked as a Security officer for Heathrow Terminal 2. I did many things ranging from customer service to working the x-ray machine. I worked well with my team and we helped each other out. I made sure all customers were able to go through the security process smoothly so they can have enough time for themselves before they depart. I was able to work under pressure and help any customers that didn't know what to do. I explained to the customers the benefits of the security process and that we are there to help them be safe. There were times where the customer would start to panic and lose control, so I would reassure them and let them know that everything will be alright and help them out.
