While working at Polarn, I recommended merchandise based on customer needs, explained information about the quality, value and style of products to influence customers buying decisions whilst regularly replenishing floor stock. I also spent a lot of time ensuring the shop's displays were eye-catching and atractive to customers, which taught me the importance of presentation. I routinely cleaned the store, fiting rooms and till and kept them organized and presentable for customers. I hugely also developed my money handling skills and now feel fully comfortable when dealing with money in stressful and busy situations.
