With experience at COS and Route One in Central London, I've honed my skills in customer service, product presentation, and garment care. My versatility and ability to adapt make me an ideal candidate for temporary retail roles, especially in high street and premium environments.
Working as a sales associate, my role was primarily focused on customer service and the customer's journey as they shopped within our store. My role included greeting and approaching customers and guiding them towards finding their desired items within our product range, as well as suggestions on how to style their products of choice. Furthermore, working for a brand such as COS, we held a strong desire for garment care. This included steaming items before they reached the shop floor, and ensuring that the shop floor was up to standards at all times. Also we made sure products were spaced and folded correctly to provide a satisfying customer service experience.
At the Ivy, I work as a bartender. This helped me learn how to work in a very fast paced environment as well as build on my teamwork. Furthermore it helped test my pace of learning the knowledge needed for work as it forced to learn classic cocktails as well as their seasonal in-house cocktails. Moreover, working so closely with customers, it helped me learn more social skills that allowed me to build relations and trust between me and customers.
Whilst at Mamma Mia: The Party I worked as a bartender for the show. This showed how I am able to work well under pressure as it forced me to work to my best ability during drink rushes and get orders out as fast as possible. This also helped me build resilience and to work at a fast pace under pressure and adhere to all the customers' needs.
I worked as a sales assistant in retail at Route One. Being one of the only skate shops located in Covent Garden, I learned how to work under pressure during busy shopping periods. My roles included customer assistance, restocking items, cleaning, and working alongside my co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction.
I worked as a host and waiter at a family-run business, located in the heart of London, Shaftesbury Avenue. My roles included greeting and serving customers on the restaurant floor, and working in a team to ensure every customer has a great experience.
