I am a highly motivated, work oriented young adult. Working in luxury fashion has always been something I enjoyed. I’ve worked in locations such as harrods, harvey Nichols selfridges, Cartier and more.
Working with this agency I've had the chance to experience many diferent luxury beauty brands in diferent places. I have experience with brands such as Bobbi Brown, Dior, Estée Lauder and more. I have worked in department stores such as John Lewis, Harvey Nichols and Selfridges. I am very confident with reaching targets and up selling, I am also confident in working in locations I have no experience with and has taught me to be open minded.
Role: Host/Receptionist I initially worked as a waitress then after the first lockdown I filled in many times as a Receptionist. I began working full time as a host at the restaurant I gained experience with bookings and with customer queries. I made sure clients were happy with their experience and I was in charge of making sure complaints were dealt with professionally. I made sure all customers were treated fairly and had a good experience.
My responsibilities at this job included working with customers to find their ideal purchase, ensure customers needs were dealt with and the shop floor was also tidy. I also worked with the till and in the stock room. I was hired as a Christmas temp and my contract was for 6 weeks however I was hired full time as I proved I was a motivated to do the job. At this job I learnt how to be patient and deal with diferent types of customers in a respectful manner.
