Bags, SLG and Accessories My key responsibilities in this role were keeping the range plans up to date, developing CAD designs, retouching photo's for look books, keeping the sample tracker on Excel sheets up to date, liaising with suppliers on deadlines, approving Bulk Swatches and Gold Seals, producing Spec sheets for each product to send out to suppliers, keeping the sample library organised and knowing the product extensively, introducing new archive techniques and ordering and organising samples for the Press Department for Press days and photo shoots. Skills I gained and improved in this role was a great knowledge of leather, hardware and bag production as well as sourcing from Italy, China and Portugal. I also improved organisation, planning very far in advance of many peoples schedules in the department, liaising with suppliers and all departments, attention to detail in all aspects, improving my Excel and admin skills, sourcing from new suppliers and gaining a strong understanding of the critical path.
