Carried out all college courses for nvq l3 mechanical course at Ford motor company. Regularly worked with customers with face to face conversation so I am use to being hands on with customers and can handle an issue when needed. In my time at Ford I also had to work multiple job roles throughout my apprenticeship which I spent a year working for the sales department and a further year working with the customer service and admin departments so have multiple skills .
