I have retail experience from Waitrose, assisting customers and managing stock. My background in customer service at a restaurant has honed my client interaction skills, making me adaptable and efficient in dynamic retail environments.
I operated as a point of help for both the company and the customers that were coming through the doors each day I was at work. I was working with stacking shelves, reducing items that are about to expire and dealing with Deliveroo. When a customer was puzzled with locating a product(s), I made it my duty to aid and assist them until they have found what they are looking for. Due to my time at Waitrose, I am used to work long hour shifts, such as 8 hours, aswell as working on consecutive days as I did 6 hours on a Saturday and 8 on a Sunday.
I worked behind the till and as a waiter serving customers their orders. I did this to occupy myself in a new venture and also to gain experience in the field of customer service. I really appreciate this company giving me an opportunity to develop as they took me under their wing and nurtured me in the world of catering and hospitality.
I have worked at multiple football clubs via undertaking the role of being a safety steward. I believe becoming a safety steward has been a positive experience for me as it allows me to gain experience in different work environments, high- pressure situations and at the highest level within this field. Fulham FC play in the English Premier league which is the most prestigious level of English football meaning I am able to rise to the occasion when it matters the most!
