I was a crew member meaning it was my duty to tend to customers needs such as taking orders, packing food, making sure environment was clean and safe to eat in and to prepare the food to a high standard. It was a must that hygiene and cleanliness was maintained within the franchise so it was my job to make sure I stayed on top of all those things.
Upon working here I have seen much better improvements within my leadership skills as most of the times I'm leading a session so I have to demand quality and high standards from my players and have to work individually to produce the best result which is successfully create better players within my environment. I've also seen my time keeping improve as i have to be early a lot of the times to organize early to prepare for the session ahead. Additionally my communication skills improving also as I have to speak and handle many children for my sessions.
