At Manière De Voir, my responsibilities include maintaining the shop floor standards and provide excellent customer service. Regular day at Manière De Voir entails, deliveries, consolidations, steaming clothing, and answering any in store calls. Additionally at MDV I was given the role to cover cafe staff when needed, alter faulty items and package online ordersfor instorecollection.
My role at La Perla was to maintain the shop floor and provide good serviceto clients. Along with this I haveto conduct weeklytrainingswith staff and update sales/ reports at the end of each day. Atypical day at La Perla would consist of delivery, consolidations, steaming garments, serving customersand contacting clients.
Prep various items for photoshoots. Assist stylists on photoshoots with steaming, dressing models, SKU notes, packing and on-set assistance. Return all samples to appropriate showrooms, safely. strong attention to detail, extensive visualization skills and excellent knowledge of current trends.
