• Responsible for leading a dorm of 40 students throughout the various major and mundane events of the academic year. • Organising and operating rehearsals that led to Thornton B winning a range of significant competitions, such as the annual ‘House Singing Competition’. • Solely organising and managing Thornton B’s contribution to the locally massive ‘Christmas Fayre’ – from designing flyers to handling money, my contributions to Thornton B’s stall saw the highest profit turned in six years. • Leading frequent ‘house council’ meetings to create an environment where all students felt comfortable to share their thoughts and grievances and therefore collaborating to provide the most utilitarian solutions.
