Responsible for e2e Supply Chain project execution in USL. In the year 2022 when the country was going through high inflation, a shortage of power and a full supply and recession I have to lead the development of a business continuity plan for Unilever Sri Lanka. The same BCP plan was shared with Unilever Pakistan and Bangladesh and supported to prepare their BCP plans Part of the Firm of the Future project for USL between 2018-20 – landed major projects including Anaplan implementation for planning, Digital DC, Digital Factory, and EDI integrations with Modern Trade
Joined Unilever Sri Lanka in 1996 and worked across Supply Chain, Finance and HR business functions. Work as a IT Business partner with Supply chain, Sales and Distribution, Marketing, Human Resource and Finance functions. Experienced in innovation and execution of large projects – working with cross country and cultural teams. Been a part of technology transformation from MFGPRO right up to SAP & IOT based technologies. Have received numerous accolades including multiple Chairman's awards and Unilever innovation awards.
Involved from inception of Horana factory by installing infrastructure requirements and implementation of MFGPRO and IMPACTxp Responsible to Digitized the e2e Sri Lanka HR processes by introducing the HRIS for Unilever Sri Lanka, access control solution and implemented multiple solutions to automate HR process. Achieved multiple awards for same.
