• Developing my customer service skills further working at a variety of different branches of the shop and cafe chain. Learned how to quickly adapt to a new environment, represent the company and serve customers efficiently. Duties included working on tills, handling food, ensuring attention to detail, opening and closing the stores.
• A demanding customer service based role involving working under pressure during intense holiday seasons and acting as an enthusiastic representative of the company. Daily duties involved working behind the tills and kiosks, stock replenishment, (whatever else make it up). Learned to work both in a large team and independently while quickly adapting to the large scale supermarket, learning where every item was located.
• A fast paced position at a high level wedding catering company providing impeccable service to customers. Responsibilities included serving food for up to 200 people, clearing tables, maintaining a positive attitude and remaining calm when unexpected situations arose. In this I developed my problem solving skills and how to work under pressure.
