During my job role at Blue Lion Med& Entertainment I created and managed the processes within the business, landscaping them out via swim-lane charts and implementing improvements upon quarterly reviews of the companies' processes. Furthermore, I took on an improvement project as part of my improvement technician apprenticeship, in my project I was consulting for the company Blue Lion Training academy. In the duration of my project, I improved the internal reflection/feedback system making it easy for the director of the company to handle CPD with individuals in the business. And be prepared in the event of an Ofsted audit as the company worked within the education sector.

During my time at Icons, I conveyed work experience as part of my Duke of Edinburgh award I Developed and managed relationships with existing and prospective clients as well as approaching potential consumers to the Modelling agency and offering them a yearly subscription to become a model for the agency.
