- Define the product assortments and VM guidelines considering Retail needs and Wholesale priorities - Manage performance reports and analyze KPIs to optimize merchandising strategies - Monitor buying sessions : calculate sales forecasts and volumes for stores and e-commerce - Key support of sales teams : produce collection books and trainings, visit stores, collect market feedbacks - Supervise special events : Pop up and brand collaborations
- Monitor stock repartition via SAP in order to maximize the different BUs sell through - Set up and coordinate deliveries aligned with collection launches and replenishment needs - Work with the Production Planning team to reinforce stock levels and increase the global Supply Chain performance - Optimize the Sale Forecasts for different BUs : monitor monthly forecasts and stock bulks.
- Guarantee exceptional customer experience by greeting, listening, and assisting customer - Buying of the Ready-to-Wear and Accessories collections - Implement collections in store and assure a perfect management of the store, VM and inventories - Manage and follow sales and budget indicators in order to develop better sales strategies - Implement new sales tools: Shopify POS, creation of the e-shop - Manage a team of 3: schedules, daily tasks, and animation of monthly meetings
