I am a reliable and motivated individual with strong attention to detail. My experience as an Assistant Coach has honed my adaptability, clear communication, and ability to work in fast-paced environments, making me well-suited for temporary retail roles.
As a Cheerleading Coach it is my duty to monitor and supervise all athletes present on a daily basis. I am also responsible for creating and executing choreography, as well as aiding the development of athlete's skills alongside a senior coach. It is imperative that I behave in an appropriate manner to help instill discipline and build confidence amongst athletes. The nature of my work as Junior Coach is fast pace, which is why it has been particularly helpful in maturing and expanding my transferable skill set (such as perseverance, attention to detail, and clear communication), thus teaching me how to be flexible in order to adapt to any type of situation.
