With a proven track record at flagship stores like PUMA and leadership roles at H&M, I have honed my skills in customer service, sales, and event coordination. My adaptability and commitment to retail excellence make me an ideal candidate for dynamic temporary retail positions.
During these first part of the year 2023, I was working with Puma flagship store at carnaby street. During this time, I had learnt a lot about the sports industry and being it a flagship store I also gained experience with conducting events in the store, which aided a lot in building my communication skills. I had to leave this position due to an injury which I have now fully recovered from.
I was a sales advisor at h and m Oxford street, hence I am very familiar with the tills and as well as customer service. After 4 months of my employment at H&M, I was asked to become a team leader because of exceptional leadership skills and overviews
While working at the family dental care, I learned new skills like shredding, scanning, the filing system, it also aided me with my communication skills, teamwork and collaborative skills
I created an NGO, called Sehr in my hometown, through which I sold my artworks and gave the generated money to charity. Through the course of this one year, I developed a business mindset along with which I became more communicative and collaborative.
