Early in my career at Sports Direct I was entrusted with higher responsibilities such as supervisory roles and training staff. I would enjoy taking on the extra responsibility and would regularly offer to do more. Part of my job as a sales assistant was selling KPI's. I was particularly gifted at this and would regularly be the top selling employee in the store and in the area. I have an immense amount of pride in my customer service. At Sports Direct I would regularly go above and beyond what was required of me to ensure a customer has had a positive experience. As a result the management team would regularly have customers commend my customer service which only motivated me to be better.
