TEAM COORDINATION AND MANAGEMENT • Managing a team of designers, developers, and merchandising • Supervising the progress of all ongoing projects •Steering, centralizing, and disseminating information to all stakeholders involved in the collection MARKETING • Developing collection plans and ensuring overall consistency of the product offering • Defining the pricing strategy for each line and monitoring weighted margins • Allocating and optimizing production lines across different production units, in coordination with the Production department • Providing product training to sales teams • Conducting benchmarking and competitor analysis • Implementing reporting tools 360° COORDINATION • Planning the PMCO marketing launch • Launching VM display tools • Setting up the Showroom DEVELOPMENT AND INDUSTRIALIZATION • Serving as the interface between the design office, industrial teams, and various manufacturing sites • Managing the collection's timeline • Sourcing and selecting factories and manufacturers • Sourcing and negotiating materials and accessories • Adjusting and validating prototypes, samples, and first production runs • Quality control • Monitoring model registrations
• Set up the Footwear business from the ground up • Sales and collection strategy for my regions • Monitoring of showroom sales (4 seasons per year) • Identification of new business opportunities • Prospecting and negotiations with new accounts • Analysis of KPIs, Sell In, Sell Out, and reporting • Development of new collections with the HQ team (Collection plan, meetings, leading with other countries) • Training of the sales teams • Close collaboration with Retail and Marketing departments to define and disseminate a global and coherent brand image
