With a solid foundation at Waitrose & Partners, I've mastered customer service, stock management, and thrive in fast-paced settings. My bar staff role further proves my capability in high-pressure environments, making me an exemplary candidate for temporary retail roles.
My responsibilities and work ranged all throughout the shop, from helping customers with their issues to cleaning, rotating stock and dealing with high volume tasks independently and within in a team, sometimes under pressure. This highlighted my skills such as customer service/satisfaction, loyalty, teamwork yet independence and resilience.
