•I am currently an international UAL (University of The Arts London) Awarding Body L4 Fashion Foundation student with a background in fine art, art and design, textiles design, photography, literature and psychology. I have been based in London for the past 4 years. • I am progressing onto BA Fashion Design this coming september at the Institut Français de la Mode (IFM) in Paris. I look forward to keep learning and to my future in the ever growing and ever evolving fashion industry.
I spent the summer of 2022 working at Boxcalf, a luxury womenswear store in Bilbao, Spain. Over the course of my employment my responsibilities included: - providing styling and sizing advice to clients - customer service to luxury clients - coordinating with the store's main warehouse to keep stock levels adequate - coordinating with other store staff, including its tailors, to ensure orders were ready on time - taking care of the store front (rearranging mannequins, folding/hanging clothing, keeping the space tidy) The experience was very educational for me as it taught me the basics of working in retail at a high level. In a store where the garments require special care and the clients have high expectations, the margin for error is very small. The experience helped me improve my interpersonal, communication and sales skills.
