PROFILE Iam a 18 year old part time eyelash technician at a salon. While working at the salon I'm currently doing an apprenticeship in customer service. | have roughly a years experienced in retail, being on tills and on the shop floor and also just under a years waitressing experience. | would consider myself a motivated Sales Assistant dedicated to providing top of the line customer service.
I'am currently working for Lash+Brow Lab as a qualified eyelash technician. l interact with clients on a daily basis and ensure that in am constantly delivering the best quality customer service while they are having treatments done at the salon. While I'm working here am also undergoing a customer service apprenticeship. Since starting this apprenticeship my customer service has improved significantly and feel a lot more confident and comfortable interacting with clients on a much personal level.
While was a waitress at Franco Manca had to take orders and input them into the tills, do FOH prep and get the restaurant ready before we opened, interact with customers and give them the best customer service experience possible and much more. Working as a waitress helped me with my customer service as was constantly dealing with customers on a more intimate level. It taught me how to manage difficult customers and how to work well under pressure.
In my position i worked face to face with costumers to take their orders and ensure that they get the best experience possible while ordering from our kiosk. This position required me to take payments and work a till, re-stock items, interact with customers and help them with any needs or enquirers and open and close the kiosk before and after closing times.
