In my role as a Team Leader, my main responsibility was to oversee a group of children, where my top priority is their safety and well-being. I was in charge of planning and managing various engaging activities, encouraging the kids to participate, and sparking their imaginations. Flexibility is key because in this job role I'll need to adapt to each child's unique needs and work alongside a team to ensure the camp's success, especially as many of the children that attend the camp are children with special needs. Problem-solving, time management, and effective communication is also crucial in creating a positive and well-organized environment. I also focused on building strong relationships with both the children and my team members, demonstrating my commitment to this role in order to create an enjoyable and pleasant environment for all.

In my role as a Student Ambassador and Sales Representative for Virgin Media, I functioned as the primary point of contact for students across the UK, with a focus on promoting and selling broadband deals. This position helped me step outside my comfort zone as it was my first sales job that required personal commitment given that it was a freelance job. This opportunity helped me develop many skills including effective communication and interpersonal skills, customer-centricity, sales conversion ability, market awareness, problem-solving, time management, adaptability, teamwork, and a commitment to sales ethics and integrity. My role involved translating product features into tangible benefits, addressing customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets.

In my capacity as a Customer Service Ambassador for Intercruise, my role revolved around direct engagement with customers, encompassing a diverse range of responsibilities. This encompassed tasks such as verifying passes, providing clear and courteous guidance to passengers as they boarded the vessel, offering directions, instructions, and promptly addressing any questions or concerns. Strong interpersonal and communication skills were essential, as I served as a primary point of contact between the company and passengers, reflecting the importance of relationship building and effective communication. Moreover, I was tasked with ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. The role demanded adaptability, attentiveness, and a willingness to assist, demonstrating qualities relevant to collaborative teamwork and problem-solving.

In my job as a Private Tutor, I have worked closely with students aged 8-16, offering personalized guidance in mathematics and English as well as any other area as long as it was previously discussed. My approach is deeply customized, tailoring lessons to each student's unique learning style and requirements. I specialise in mathematics and English, providing comprehensive support to ensure a strong foundation. I also assist students with their homework, help them prepare for exams, and regularly assess their progress while offering constructive feedback.

During my internship at Allen & Overy, I had the invaluable opportunity to gain insights into the company and bolster my career prospects through a series of enriching masterclasses. This experience was not only informative but also transformative as it exposed me to crucial topics such as commercial awareness and facilitated self-oriented sessions. These masterclasses enabled me to delve into my personal growth, helping me identify my strengths and weaknesses and providing a platform for self-improvement. This internship honed my ability to learn, be curious, and enhance my commercial acumen. It fostered an environment of self-discovery, encouraging intellectual growth and self-development.

My internship at Simmons & Simmons was a valuable experience that provided me with a deeper understanding of the legal industry and the various roles within it. During this time, I had the opportunity to engage with both staff members and peers, allowing me to actively participate in industry-based work. One notable project involved creating an appeal for an actual PIP payment appeal, which significantly enhanced my critical thinking skills. It underscored the importance of effective communication, collaboration with colleagues, and problem-solving abilities, reflecting the need for strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and analytical thinking in the legal profession. Moreover, it reinforced my commitment to pursuing a career in law or a similar field and further developing my expertise in the field.

My internship at PRETTYBIRD was a transformative experience that provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the diverse careers and roles within the media industry. Throughout the week, I engaged in extensive research on industry figures, including directors and producers, gaining valuable insights into the behind-the-scenes workings of the media world. A significant aspect of my internship involved crafting a treatment, essentially a plan or idea, for a music video, which I subsequently presented to my manager. This experience not only honed my research skills but also nurtured my creativity, which include the ability to learn, be curious, think critically, and present ideas effectively. The internship was an eye-opening opportunity that exposed me to previously unknown job roles and instilled in me a deeper appreciation for the intricate processes that underpin the creation of the media content we encounter daily.

My internship at JLL provided me with an incredible opportunity to immerse myself in the world of real estate, gaining valuable insights into the diverse job roles within the industry. Collaborating within a team, we collectively created and delivered a presentation to JLL staff, offering a first hand experience of presenting to professionals in the field. This experience significantly enhanced my understanding of the real estate sector while also strengthening my communication and presentation skills. Furthermore, the workshops I attended during the internship played a pivotal role in boosting my confidence and networking abilities, reinforcing the importance of interpersonal skills and self-assuredness in the legal profession. This internship not only broadened my horizons within real estate but also contributed to my personal growth.

During my experience with 'Through The Looking Glass', I had the privilege of immersing myself in various companies, which allowed me to gain invaluable exposure to different industries and workplaces. This experience not only enabled me to broaden my horizons but also nurtured a range of skills and qualities. At Garrigues European Law Firm, I engaged in language workshops and introductory presentations, honing my communication and presentation skills. Robert Walters provided an opportunity to develop critical skills through CV workshops, mock interviews, and presentations. Networking and presentation sessions at FBN Bank UK Limited, Linklaters LLP, Hardwicke Chambers, and EY LLP facilitated relationship building, enhancing my interpersonal skills, while the mock trial at Hardwicke Chambers sharpened my analytical and problem-solving abilities. Presentations at Addleshaw Goddard LLP and insights into various roles at H&M bolstered my knowledge and adaptability. Throughout this multifaceted experience, I was exposed to different professional environments, enhancing my adaptability, communication, and networking abilities.

An opportunity where in which I worked alongside Year 5 students and helped them in subjects such as Maths and English. My role included acting as a teaching assistant and doing jobs such as trimming down work sheets and helping to supervise the children. Here, I was able to work on my patience as well as my confidence and enthusiasm which was necessary to motivate the children to do their work and act as a good role model.

During my internship at The Key, I had the invaluable opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the inner workings of an organization dedicated to supporting the education sector. As an intern, I actively engaged in a collaborative project aimed at conceptualizing a unique product that could potentially benefit The Key in the future. This project entailed working closely with a diverse group of colleagues, including some high-profile figures within the company, including the CEO, as well as many other team members. This experience not only allowed me to contribute to the company's strategic discussions but also provided a platform to develop and showcase my presentation and communication skills. Moreover, throughout my internship, I gained valuable insights into the various roles within the company and witnessed first-hand how effective teamwork and collaboration are essential for the successful development and delivery of products. This experience reinforced my commitment to continuous learning, adaptability, and creative problem-solving.

As a cadet, I embarked on a remarkable journey of learning and personal development in the field of law enforcement. Over the course of 3 years, I actively engaged in a diverse range of activities that provided me with invaluable insights into policing, including participation in the charity projects, competitions, and a mock court case. This experience not only expanded my knowledge of law enforcement but also equipped me with a diverse skill set, encompassing self-defense techniques, proficiency in the precision of the police march, and the ability to conduct a police check. In my role, I was able to demonstrate significant growth in my leadership and communication abilities, assuming the role of deputy team leader within my first year of joining and later progressing to a team leader. In addition to these personal developments, I actively participated in community engagement and volunteering initiatives. I engaged in the Gravesend Policing Competition, where my teammates and I leveraged our policing knowledge to outperform other units within the borough, fostering a strong sense of camaraderie and collaboration. Furthermore, I dedicated my time to charity work, such as ASDA bag packing to fundraise during the Christmas season. Additionally, I undertook the role of a Breck Ambassador under the Breck Foundation, where I delivered presentations to primary school children, raising awareness about online grooming using the story of Breck Bednar. This multifaceted experience not only demonstrated my commitment to community and public service but also honed my skills in relationship-building, public speaking, and advocacy.
