I am a 17-year-old student studying BTEC level 3 business (extended diploma) at Newham Sixth Form College and in my final year. Throughout my course I have developed a strong understanding of how businesses operate. I am currently on track to complete my BTEC course with a distinction award. I am eager to use my skills and my knowledge to pursue an ambitious apprenticeship opportunity after graduation. I am passionate about business studies and my long-term goal is to be a manager at a large, established company. My key attribute is that I am a quick learner that thrives in fast-paced environments.

My eye for detail and positive attitude has allowed me to exceed customer expectations and ensure their satisfaction. I have experience making a wide variety of products, including cookie dough, crepes, bubble tea, coffee, pancakes, Panini's, milkshakes, etc. I have also greeted and served customers even when the shop was busy, and I was able to stay calm and patient in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, I have experience working with tills and handling money.
